When You Need This

The longer you wait,
the worse it gets.

Parker County and western Tarrant County sit in one of the most hail-active corridors in the United States. A spring supercell can deliver 1.5-inch hail that dimples and fractures asphalt shingles without leaving visible through-damage from the ground — but those fractures allow water infiltration that saturates decking and framing over the following months. S.W.A.T. Restoration performs insurance-standard roof inspections: granule loss mapping, bruise pattern documentation, and Xactimate-formatted scope writing that gives the adjuster what is needed to approve the claim. GAF and Owens Corning preferred manufacturer partnerships mean the installed system carries a full manufacturer warranty — not just a contractor workmanship guarantee.

Warning Signs

  • Hail damage — granule loss, bruising, or cracked shingles after a North Texas storm
  • Wind damage — missing shingles, lifted flashing, or ridge-cap failure
  • Roof leak driving water into the attic, ceiling, or wall cavities
  • Dark staining on ceiling drywall after a storm event
  • Curling, cracking, or blistering shingles — end-of-life indicators
  • Storm damage inspection required for an insurance claim
  • Emergency tarp needed after storm damage exposed the roof decking
  • Full re-roof after adjuster approved replacement scope

Mission Operations

How we execute
from call to close.

  1. 01.

    Storm Inspection

Granule Loss. Bruise Patterns. Xactimate Scope.

S.W.A.T. Restoration performs a full roof inspection after a storm event — granule loss mapping, bruise and fracture documentation per square foot, flashing assessment, ridge cap and hip inspection, and gutter damage notation. Documentation is formatted to the Xactimate estimating standard that insurance adjusters use for claim processing. Photos are taken at each damage location with a reference scale. The inspection report is provided to the homeowner and submitted directly to the carrier.

  2. 02.

    Insurance Coordination

Adjuster Meeting. Supplement Requests. Scope Defense.

S.W.A.T. Restoration meets the insurance adjuster on-site when possible — walking the roof together and ensuring the approved scope reflects the actual damage. Xactimate line items omitted from the initial estimate are identified and submitted as supplement requests with supporting documentation. The homeowner does not need to negotiate with the adjuster on scope; S.W.A.T. Restoration handles the technical conversation.

  3. 03.

    Installation

GAF or Owens Corning. Full System. Manufacturer Warranty.

Roofing installation uses GAF or Owens Corning shingle systems — architectural shingles, starter strips, ridge cap, and underlayment installed per manufacturer specification to qualify for the full manufacturer warranty. Decking that was damaged by water infiltration is replaced before shingles are installed. Flashing is replaced or re-set per IRC Texas building code requirements at penetrations, valleys, and eave transitions. The installed system meets or exceeds the wind resistance rating required by Parker County residential building codes.

  4. 04.

    Post-Install Inspection

    Verified Installation. Warranty Registered.

S.W.A.T. Restoration performs a post-installation inspection — confirming manufacturer installation requirements are met at every point required for warranty registration. Nailing pattern, starter strip alignment, ridge cap fastening, and flashing seal are verified. The manufacturer warranty is registered in the homeowner's name. Final documentation includes installation photos and the warranty registration confirmation.

  • I recently had the pleasure of working with S.W.A.T Restorations, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting the job done right. What really stood out was the sales rep/project manager. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free—kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled exactly how it should be. It’s rare to find someone who actually follows through and communicates this well. The quality of work speaks for itself. Everything was completed on time, done right the first time, and exceeded my expectations. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a company that’s honest, reliable, and delivers top-notch results, I highly recommend S.W.A.T Restorations. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.
